Having been trained as a nurse at College of Nursing AFMC Pune (1992); and Christian Medical College Hospital, Vellore (1998); and Management Development Program (MDP) from IIM Kozhikode (2021), Ajitha has 28 years of clinical, educational and managerial experience in hospitals in different settings. She has served in the Armed Forces in many clinical and teaching appointments for 14 years and taken voluntary retirement in 2005. She has served as Head of Nursing at Fortis Healthcare its flagship hospitals at Mohali and Gurgaon and at Ruby Hall Clinic Pune, Meitra Hospital, Kozhikode and Aster Medcity, Kochi and as Chief Operating Officer Avitis Institute of Medical Sciences, Palakkad, Kerala. She has served the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH) as Principal assessor, Appeals committee member and resource person for its capacity building programs. Her core competence lie in streamlining of hospital operations, optimizing Human Resources and implementing quality and safety standards.

A Graduate in Business Administration in Healthcare Management and Management Development Program (MDP) from IIM Kozhikode; with 14 Years of experience in top brands like Apollo and Fortis; besides Critical and Emergency care, Jojo Sebastian has hands on work experience in commissioning of green field hospitals like Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurgaon and Meitra Hospital Kozhikode. Having years of experience in Hospital Operations, he worked as Unit Head at KIMS Hospital Kollam and Head of Operation with P&L role in Chazhikattu Hospital, Thodupuzha. He has in depth understanding of hospital operations, quality management and operational finance. He has proven capabilities of setting up departments and processes in hospitals including building, equipment and manpower management and Hospital Information System while keeping an eye on the bottom line. Having worked at staff levels, he understands the nitty-gritties of formulating and implementing strategies, which brings in efficiency. and achieving agreed upon targets.
